How to fold an origami bear face

Start like the cat, then blunt the ears so they turn round. Turn it over and draw a muzzle.

You need: 1 square sheet, brown on one side. Easy, 6 steps, about 3 minutes.

Steps

  1. Make a triangle. Fold the bottom corner up to meet the top corner.
  2. Top down. Fold the top point down until it touches the middle of the bottom edge.
  3. Ears up. Fold both bottom corners up so they stick out above the top edge.
  4. Round the ears. Fold the tip of each ear down.
  5. Square the cheeks. Fold in the outer corners where the ears meet the cheeks, so the sides are straight.
  6. Turn it over. Flip the bear so the smooth side faces you.
