How to fold an origami daisy
Two white squares with blunted corners, one turned like a diamond, make eight petals. A little yellow octagon glued on top is the middle.
You need: Two 15 cm white squares, an 8 cm yellow square, a glue stick and a black pen. Easy, 6 steps, about 5 minutes.
Steps
- Blunt the corners. Fold each corner of a white square a little way behind, so the four petals have soft tips.
- Second square. Set it aside. Take the second white square and turn it like a diamond.
- Blunt these corners. Fold its four corners a little way behind too, the same amount.
- Middle: new sheet. Set it aside. Take the small yellow square, yellow side up.
- Middle: round it. Fold all four corners a little way behind to make a round-ish middle.
- Glue it together. Glue the diamond on the square so the corners make eight petals, then glue the yellow middle on top.

Draw a line from the middle out to each dip between petals. Glue it on a card or a straw stem.
