How to fold an origami little hedgehog

Fold a square in half, turn one corner of the front layer up so its white side makes a pale face, then slope the snout and round the back.

You need: 1 square sheet, brown on one side. Easy, 5 steps, about 4 minutes.

Steps

  1. Fold in half. Put the square brown side up. Fold the top half behind, so the fold is along the top.
  2. A pale face. Fold the bottom right corner of the front layer only up on a slant. Its white side shows: the hedgehog's pale face.
  3. Pointy snout. Fold the top right corner behind on a long slant from the middle of the top to the face's tip, and the bottom corner behind along the face. A pointy snout!
  4. Round back. Fold the top left corner behind on a big slant.
  5. Softer. Fold the two new corners a little way behind, so the back is nice and round.

Snuffle snuffle!

Draw a black nose on the tip, an eye, and little spines along the brown back.
