How to fold an origami lemon

Fold the top and bottom of a yellow diamond behind and round the corners, so the lemon keeps a little point at each end. Glue it onto a folded leaf.

You need: 1 yellow square, 1 small green square and a glue stick. Easy, 6 steps, about 5 minutes.

Steps

Lemon: top and bottom behind. Start yellow side up, like a diamond. Fold the top point and the bottom point behind, almost to the middle.
Lemon: round it. Fold the four corners on the long top and bottom edges behind. Leave the two side points sharp: they are the lemon's tips.
Leaf: new sheet. Set the lemon aside. Take the small green square, white side up, with a corner pointing up and to the right.
Leaf: make a kite. Fold the two edges beside the top right corner in so they meet along the middle, like a kite.
Leaf: make it narrow. Fold the two short edges at the other end in to meet along the middle too.
Put it together. Glue the lemon on the leaf's narrow end, tipped up to the right, so the leaf sticks out from one of its points.

Dot the peel with a pen and add a white shine along the top.
