How to fold an origami robin
Fold the corners of a brown square behind into a round body, then fold a small orange square into a breast and glue it on. Draw the eyes, beak and feet.
You need: A 15 cm square, brown on one side, an 8 cm orange square and a glue stick. Easy, 5 steps, about 4 minutes.
Steps
- Body: top and bottom. Brown side up, like a diamond. Fold the top and bottom corners behind, about 3.5 cm from each tip.
- Body: the sides. Fold the left and right corners behind the same way, so the body is round.
- Breast: new sheet. Set the body aside. Take the orange square, orange side up, like a diamond.
- Breast: round it. Fold all four corners behind, about 2 cm from each tip, so it is round too.
- Glue it on. Glue the orange breast onto the lower front of the body.

Draw two eyes just above the orange, a little pointed beak between them, a wing line on each side and two thin legs.
